Juniper is a modern spacious three bedroomed cottage which sleeps 6 in the delightful coastal town of Whitby on the North York Moors. Its many features will ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cosy lounge is ideal for relaxing after a day touring the sights of Whitby, while the large family dining table is the perfect place to sit around together, enjoy a good meal and discuss plans for the following day. Upstairs you will find three lovely bedrooms, the master en-suite, and a spacious family bathroom. The property is presented with a fantastic mixture of original features thoroughly modern kitchen and bathrooms and its location close to Whitby centre is great for everyone.

Whitby is a very popular seaside town retaining old world character and has lots of events throughout the year. Whatever your interests there is something for everyone in the locality, historic castles, even older abbeys, museums, farms, walking, cycling, superb local markets with the very best Yorkshire produce and of course restaurants and tea rooms too numerous to mention.

GROUND FLOOR
Entrance: 
Through courtyard into the entrance hall with coat hanging space with the stairs facing
Lounge: A comfortable living area, perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach taking in the sea air. Cosy up on the three-seater and two-seater sofas, or sit in the single chair with sheepskin rug. There is a large coffee table, lamp and an angle poise standard lamp giving the perfect light for reading.  The large screen smart TV is on a stand and you can watch while basking in the glow from the lovely wood burning stove.
Dining Room:
 A stylish and spacious dining area. The large wooden table has six individual chairs with a spare chair in the corner. In the alcove is an area with large glasses and shakers to make your own cocktails you just need to provide the alcohol! Enjoy them while sitting in the comfortable armchair. There is an original cast iron fireplace and a beautiful dresser for storage.
Kitchen: The contemporary kitchen boasts an island which is also a breakfast bar with three tall stools. You will find an integrated fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob with hood over and a microwave and coffee-maker.  Off the kitchen is a large storage cupboard which houses the washing machine.
Rear Courtyard: to the rear is an enclosed courtyard with a small table and two chairs, perfect for indulging in a quiet evening glass of wine.

FIRST FLOOR
Bathroom: 
This stylish room has a bath with shower mixer taps and a thermostatic rain-head shower overhead. There is a matching white WC and a contemporary wash basin set in a vanity chest of drawers. The ornate heated towel rail adds to the ambience of this lovely bathroom.
Bedroom One: This elegant room boasts a king size bed with two matching bedside cabinets and lamps and a beautiful half panelled wall behind. There is a large wardrobe with drawers beneath and a dressing table with mirror and chair, and a wall mounted TV.
En-suite: With separate cubicle and thermostatic rain-head shower, a contemporary wash bowl set on a wooden stand and a WC.
Bedroom Two:
 This room has a double bed with two bedside cabinets and lamps, and a large wardrobe with drawers beneath.

SECOND FLOOR
Steep steps with door at the bottom.
Bedroom Three: 
This spacious room, lit by two Velux windows has three single beds and two bedside cabinets with lamps in-between . For clothes storage there is a chest of drawers and a small wardrobe with drawers.

Parking: Free on street parking at the property on a first come first served basis.
Outside: To the front is a small courtyard, to the rear is an enclosed courtyard but this is not suitable for sitting out in.
Heating: Gas central heating.

Notes: Towels are provided.  Unlimited WIFI available free of charge.  Mobile phone signal is strong. There are CCTV cameras at the property on the outside of the house which are only in use when the property is unoccupied.

We had a lovely stay at this well furnished and well equipped property. The on street parking can be a bit tight if you have a large car but the main public car park is only a short walk away.

A beautiful house, loved the decor and furnishings. The beds and bedding were so comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and the owners had thought of everything we could possibly want or need. Really didn't want to leave.Would definitely stay here again & would recommend.

Lovely holiday and a great house in an excellent location we enjoyed fish and chips and exploring the beach returning to this home from home every evening
